1. Booking & Appointments

- Customers must book appointments in advance.
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened session.

2. Pricing & Payments

- Service prices are subject to change without notice.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Razorpay, and PayPal payments.
- Refunds are not provided for completed services.

3. Code of Conduct

- Customers are expected to maintain respectful behavior inside the salon.
- Any damage to salon property will be the customer’s responsibility.

- Customer personal data is protected and will not be shared without consent.
- Online transactions are secured via encrypted payment gateways.
